What Is Sip & Spark?

It’s our cheeky, curated pre-theater wine tasting designed for two.

Held at Resistance Wine Company, just steps from downtown Ashland, Sip & Spark is a 45-minute experience that’s:

  • Romantic but not cheesy
  • Fun but not forced
  • Delicious without needing a Michelin reservation

Perfect before dinner, a play, or whatever comes after. $69.00 (of course)

What You’ll Experience

When you ask for Sip & Spark, you’ll unlock:

  • A welcome splash of rosé
  • A curated wine flight based on your relationship vibe: Love (flirty and fun), Lust (bold and spicy), or Long Game (rich and thoughtful)
  • Optional Connection Cards to spark conversation (or instigate trouble)
  • A secret invite to join our Ambivert Wine Club
  • A Date Night Kit for later on (whatever that means)

When Is It Offered?

Thursdays to Sundays, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM. Limited seats. 45 minutes. Just enough time to sip, spark, and still make your reservation.

How to Book

This is an off-menu experience — not listed on our site or our tasting menu. To access it, just whisper: “We’re here for the spark.” We’ll take care of the rest.
