Resistance Wine Company is a direct-to-consumer winery. We focus on handcrafted, small-batch sustainable wines, and we ship to 40+ states. Or stop by the tasting room in Ashland, Oregon.

How we pack and ship

We ship the Resistance way — sustainably and smartly. We use recycled materials, lightweight packaging, and eco-friendly bottles. We also avoid shipping during extreme weather (we’re looking at you, blazing hot summer days and freezing winter nights) so your wine arrives in good condition.

Since we’re shipping alcohol, we prefer to send your wine to a work address where someone can sign for it. Every package carries an over-21 sticker and requires a signature on delivery. Rules are rules, even for rebels.

Returns and replacements

If your bottle arrives looking like it has been in a bar fight, or you pop the cork and get a whiff of “uh-oh,” we’re here to help. We won’t refund your purchase — our accountants are rebels too — but we’ll gladly swap that bottle for a fresh one, because no one should suffer through corked wine.

Just let us know what happened and we’ll get you a replacement. Broken bottles or corked wine: consider it handled.
