Friday Night Pizza Night

Celebrating The Allium's New Pizza Truck Our friends over at The Allium Wood Fired Pizza just got their first truck! And because their food pairs perfectly with our wines, we were happy to give them a home at Resistance. The Allium will now be parked behind the Resistance Wine Co. Tasting Room on A Street in Ashland. We will be collaborating to bring you weekly pizza, pastas, salads and charcuterie as well as Friday night pizza pairing parties and yummy bites to enjoy during our normal tasting hours. The Allium's hours Thursday-Tuesday: 11am- 8pm Wednesday: Closed Resistance Wine Co. Tasting Room hours Thursday- Saturday: 2pm- 7pm Wednesday: 2pm-6pm Monday- Wednesday: Closed Friday Night Pies & Vines Every Friday starting at 2pm we're throwing a pizza party.  Each week we'll spotlight a special- a one-off creation designed to bring out the best in your glass. We will also be pulling out some exclusive wines that you can only get on Friday nights such as our just bottled 2022 Sangiovese. Free to attend. All are welcome! Reservations are appreciated. Walk-ins are always welcome.
