Each session combines an Illustrated PowerPoint presentation, video, and lively discussion exploring the history, geography, culture, grape varieties, and winemaking traditions or a renowned wine-producing area. We'll visit Rioja (Spain). Mendoza (Argentina. South Australia. and south Africa. Discovering what makes each region unique and why its wines have earned international acclaim. Each class includes a guided tasting of premium wines selected to showcase the distinctive character of the featured region. No prior wine Knowledge Is required--just curiosity and a willingness to explore the world one class at a time. There are four sessions to this class. September 13-Spain, September 20- Mendoza, September 27th- Australia, October 4th- Africa. All four sessions together is $160. A single session is $50.
