Friday in Ashland: pizza, wine, and zero pretense.
Friday nights at Resistance Wine Company are the best kind of accidental plan. Wood-Fired Pies & Vines — Allium's pizza truck — parks out back every Friday from 2–7 pm. Charcuterie, empanadas, wood-fired pies, pasta. We pour the wine. You do the math.
The tasting room is at 322 N Pioneer St in Ashland, Oregon, a short walk from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Lithia Park, and the rest of downtown. Kids are welcome before 7. Dogs are welcome if they're reasonably well-behaved. No dress code, no reservations required for walk-ins.
If you're looking for things to do in Ashland on a Friday night that don't involve a three-hour play and mandatory intermission wine, come argue about the Rogue Valley Malbec and let the pizza truck handle dinner.
