Oregon winery + food truck. Every Friday, out back.
Every Friday from 2–7 pm, Wood-Fired Pies & Vines parks behind Resistance Wine Company at 322 N Pioneer St, Ashland, Oregon. Full pies, small bites, empanadas, charcuterie. We handle the wine — small-lot Rogue Valley reds, whites, and rosé. Bring your appetite.
Allium is not a compromise. Wood-fired pizza is the natural counterpart to a Syrah that argues with dinner, and the tasting room outdoor space is the right setting for both. Families welcome. Dogs welcome if they're cool about sharing the patio. No RSVP needed.
If you've been looking for an Oregon winery with a real food program on-site, this is the Friday answer. The rest of the week, we pour without the truck — charcuterie boards available inside — but Friday is the main event.
